The sculptural installation will be displayed on the Orange County Government Administration Center\u2019s lawn for one year.<\/p>\n<p>The Public Art Review Board \u2013 overseen by the Orange County Arts &amp; Cultural Affairs Advisory Council \u2013 surveyed temporary sculpture programs throughout the state and reviewed more than 100 sculptures by nearly three dozen artists.
