  1. Orlando International Airport<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    District 4 is home to the rapidly growing Orlando International Airport<\/a>. In 2019, it welcomed 50,613,072 passengers, making it the\u00a0busiest airport in the state\u00a0and\u00a0the 10th busiest airport in the United States. It provides jobs and connects the entire world with Orange County\u2019s famous attractions and parks.<\/p>\n

    1. Lake Nona<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Lake Nona<\/a>, known as a community of and for the future, is the fastest-growing area in Orlando. It is the epicenter of opportunity and was highlighted in Worth Magazine<\/em><\/a> for its futuristic vision. Encompassing 17-square-miles and located adjacent to the Orlando International Airport, Lake Nona is a modern mecca for technology, innovation and community.<\/p>\n

        District 4 is proud to have one of the most diverse populations, including having one of the largest Hispanic populations that call this District home. The area is also rich in different languages, cultures, cuisines and holidays that the community can learn about and enjoy.<\/p>\n

          In District 4 lies the community of Taft, which has a long and storied history of both success and resilience to misfortune. Today, it stands as a testament to its residents who, over the years, have stuck together to establish and maintain a neighborhood that still encapsulates small town life and the values and fellowship associated with \u201ccommunity.\u201d The Taft Historical Society<\/a> meets at the Taft Community Center every second Thursday of the month.
