Irrigation and Micro-Irrigation Instruction Available in July<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\"AOrange County, Fla.<\/strong> \u2013 Orange County Utilities will celebrate Smart Irrigation Month during July by helping customers save water and money while seeing better results.<\/p>\n

Smart Irrigation Month, a national public awareness effort to promote efficient water use, coincides with the peak month for outdoor water use.<\/p>\n

In recognition of the month, four workshops will be held to teach participants about irrigation system maintenance, timer utilization and micro-irrigation, a system that applies small amounts of water to gardens trees and shrubs to minimize waste.<\/p>\n

During the workshops, an irrigation professional will answer questions and provide hands-on instruction:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
