Demings will be distributing a portion of the toys collected to families in the who live in the Taft area and participate in programming offered at the Taft Neighborhood Center for Families.<\/p>\n<p>Families who are registered with Orange County\u2019s Neighborhood Centers for Families and have indicated a need this holiday season have been scheduled to pick up their toys and gifts in a drive-through format. In addition, four families will actually \u201cshop\u201d with the Mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Media is invited to gather photos\/videos and interviews.<\/p>\n<p><strong>WHO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Now finishing its 13<sup>th<\/sup> year, the Toy Drive has collected nearly 75,000 gifts that directly benefit local youth. Last year, the drive collected more than 9,000 toys and serviced Orange County Neighborhood Centers for Families and many other local organizations.
