The delegation will reconvene at 2:00 pm to hear testimony from individual citizens and community entities. Persons wishing to address the delegation must request a place on the agenda by submitting an online speaker\u2019s form at:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ocfl.net\/OpenGovernment\/LegislativeDelegation\/StateLegislativeDelegation.aspx\">https:\/\/www.ocfl.net\/OpenGovernment\/LegislativeDelegation\/StateLegislativeDelegation.aspx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The form will be available beginning 9:00 AM on Monday August 18, 2025 through 5:00 pm on Friday, October 3, 2025. All back up materials must accompany the request at the time of submission. For those unable to submit online, you may attend the meeting and fill out a speaker\u2019s card on the day of the meeting. All who submit a request on the day of the meeting will be heard after the last speaker on the agenda should time permit.<\/p>\n<p>Public comment will be made in person\u2014there is no virtual option for this meeting. To accommodate as many speakers as possible, groups presenting to the delegation are requested to have only one individual speak on behalf of an organization. Presentations are limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes.
