\n<\/strong>Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs<\/a>, in collaboration with the Public Art Review Board<\/a> and the Art & History Museums of Maitland<\/a>, presents Art in the Chambers, featuring “One Soul, Two Bodies: Que Throm and Cicero Greathouse and the Rise of the Orlando Art Scene<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n

An opening reception will be held in the Chambers Gallery at the Orange County Administration Center on Monday, February 16, 2026, 5:30 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. and the program begins at 5:45 p.m. Admission to the reception is free, but advance registration is requested<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to Dan Hess, Chief Curator, \u201cSpanning careers as prolific artists, world travelers, and devoted arts advocates, Que Throm and Cicero Greathouse had a profound impact on Central Florida’s cultural landscape. Their diverse and evocative work bears witness to lives well-traveled. From the bustling, fragrant markets of Morocco to the serene peaks of Nepal, their journeys across five continents infused their art with a global perspective, bridging cultures and inviting viewers to explore the world through their eyes. As a couple, they mentored young artists and served their community, including in key roles at A&H, both as artists and as philanthropists. And, they never stopped creating, finding inspiration in their travels, their community, and each other.\u201d<\/p>\n
