\"\"Orange County, FL<\/strong> \u2013 More than 18,200 children in Orange County from birth to age 5 don\u2019t receive the nutrition they need. \u201cFive to Thrive\u201d is an Orange County-based initiative that is focused on informing the public of the hunger epidemic that is faced daily by thousands of infants and toddlers.<\/p>\n

Orange County Family Services is working to collect donations from the community to help meet the needs of young children. To donate online, please visit http:\/\/bit.ly\/babyfooddrive<\/a>.<\/p>\n

WHAT: Orange County Family Service Food Drive<\/strong>
\nBaby Food Donations<\/span><\/strong> should include: powdered infant milk or soy-based formulas, baby cereal, baby fruits, baby vegetables and baby meats (no meat sticks).
\nToddler Food Donations<\/span><\/strong> should include: white whole milk, 1 percent or skim milk or shelf-stable soy milk, canned fruits, preferably packed in juice with no added sugar, canned vegetables, preferably low sodium with no salt added, canned beans, black eyed peas, pigeon peas and garbanzos.<\/p>\n
