The proposal is to rezone 8.88 gross acres from A-2 (Farmland Rural District) to R-2 (Residential District) in order to develop attached single family units (Townhomes) with a restriction that development shall be no more than thirteen (13) units as part of phase one, with the intent to add forty two(42)units as phase two in the future for a total unit count of fifty-five(55). For phase 2 the applicant would need to apply and go through the approval process to remove the current restriction of 13 units.
