Orange County Animal Services Announces September ‘Arm Your Pet’ Events
Su objetivo es vacunar y colocar microchips a 700 mascotas
Orange County, FL – Orange County Animal Services (OCAS), a division of Orange County Government, today announced two “Arm Your Pet” events scheduled for September 2025. Free vaccinations and microchips will be available on a first-come, first-served basis for pet owners with proof of Orange County residency.
"We've held three 'Arm Your Pet' events this year, and the response from pet owners is always overwhelming, showing there is a need for these services in our community," said Diane Summers, manager for Orange County Animal Services. "Based on our previous success, we've set a goal of providing services for 700 pets; 200 cats and 500 dogs."
The event for cats is set for Wednesday, September 10, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the OCAS shelter on Conroy Road, across from the Mall at Millenia. The event for dogs is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at Barnett Park from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Time: 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

*A combination vaccine providing protection from Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and *Parvovirus (DAPP)
*Bordetella vaccine
