Orange County Board of County Commissioners to Discuss Tourist Development Tax Funding
Orange County, FL. – The Orange County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) will hold a special meeting on Monday, October 19, 2026, to discuss Tourist Development Tax (TDT) funding and potential future allocations.

The Board accepted the Task Force's recommendations and directed staff to conduct additional analysis of applicants and projects that had not previously been reviewed, as well as potential funding scenarios.
In response, staff evaluated the additional projects and developed a proposed funding scenario that reflects the Task Force’s recommendations and direction from the Board. The proposed scenario will be presented and discussed at the October 19 work session.
