Registration Open for Winter Camp Through December 13 or Until Full

Looking for fun for your kids during the upcoming holiday break? Orange County Parks & Recreation is offering a Winter Camp packed with fun games, arts and crafts, movies, and more! The program is open to kids in kindergarten through 5th grade, on a first-come, first-served basis. Register now until December 13, or until full (space is limited, first come, first served), at 12 Orange County Parks' sites.

• Dates: Week 1 is December 22, 23 and 26, and Week 2 is December 29, 30, 31 and January 2 and 5, from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. To register your child, visit one of the 12 available locations or call the site with any questions:

• Cost per child for Week 1: Regular Rate $48, Reduced Lunch $36, Free Lunch $30, State Assistance $15 (SNAP, WIC and TANF); Week 2: Regular Rate $80, Reduced Lunch $60, Free Lunch $50, State Assistance $25 (SNAP, WIC and TANF). To qualify for the free-lunch rate, a letter from your child's school is required. To receive a letter, click here to complete the OCPS CEP Student Letter form and submit to OCPS. Once you have received your letter, email or deliver it to staff at the site where you have enrolled your child/children.

FREE Fort Christmas Barnyard Banter Programs

All ages are welcome to join in the Barnyard Banter program at Fort Christmas Historical Park on Saturday, December 20, from 1-2 p.m.! Dance the Night Away With The Crew, December 27

Dance the night away as you enjoy the beautiful music of The Crew on the fourth Saturday of the month, from 6-9 p.m., at Centro Renaissance para Ancianos's ballroom! The event is open to adults ages 18 and older, cost: $20 exact cash per person at the door. Come enjoy a cool atmosphere of dance, fun and live music provided by The Crew. FREE Monthly Senior Fish-4-Fun Event at Renaissance Senior Center, November 20

Orange County Parks & Recreation and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commission join together to bring you Senior Fish-4-Fun for ages 55 and older at Centro Renaissance para Ancianos. This is a once-a-month free catch-n-release fishing event! Fishing poles and bait provided while supplies last, or participants can bring their own fresh-water fishing gear. Questions?
